TrailPaws currently ships orders within the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the destination and delivery service.

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, severe weather or courier delays.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. TrailPaws cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
