We want you and your dog to be happy with your TrailPaws order.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, clean and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To request a return, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Items showing signs of use, damage, pet hair, dirt or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so we can help.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
